ARCHITECTURE.md was written at Phase 1 and wrongly claimed all read-only / zero process.env / cannot sign — corrected to the two-layer model (reads hold no key, on CLI + MCP; actions are key-gated, CLI-only, never MCP), with the full capability catalog (facts/cookbook/call/doctor/tx/preset + deploy/send/fund/bridge/verify) and the current project layout.

GUIDES.md gains real output for cookbook errors / doctor / tx / preset, a verify recipe, and the refreshed MCP tool list. README was already current.

Pins the released/installed surface to main. Since the v0.4.0 tag, main
gained `preset` (#12, foundry/hardhat toolchain config) and the
read/action security-model doc corrections + full command catalog (#13).
Bumps package.json and the github install pins (README, GUIDES)
0.4.0 -> 0.5.0 so `#v0.5.0` installs the current surface.
