…et funded) `rome doctor <chain> [--address 0x…]` composes registry facts + a live RPC ping into a checklist: chain-live, program-configured, rpc-reachable, wallet-funded (optional address). Read-only, no key → on both CLI and MCP. Verified live on Hadrian.
