Summary
push/pull_requesttriggers incve-scanning.yml(previously merged in Enable OSS Index CVE scanning #509/Disable Node Audit analyzer in CVE scanning #510). CVE failures should surface via the daily scheduled scan (cve-scanning-schedule.yml), not on every pom.xml/CVE-suppressions.xml bump.
