So I've used the snapper plugin for over a year now and I've been busy, racking up over 1400 snapshots, and some of them are of full system upgrades meaning there's at least one snapshot with a description length of 55200 characters.
Obviously in a perfect world the description should be "lossless" so to speak, so no information is lost, but when processing these snapshot description all of those often time mostly empty, but space-padded snapshot descriptions, it becomes quite a hurdle.
Would it be possible to add a maximum length in the script or a config file somewhere which dictates at what length descriptions should be truncated?
Going from 55200 length descriptions to just 200 would be amazing for me.
