ReloadedRM

Reloaded Rossiter-McLaughlin modeling of spectroscopic timeseries

See the tutorial notebook for example usage.

RRM.py : coordinate transformations and calculation of projected rotational velocity from Cegla+2016, star/planet/spot class definitions and functions to compute velocity behind planet, inside spot, etc.

fileio.py : functions for loading/reading KPF spectra

coord.py : coordinate transformations

modelccf.py : toy model CCF constructed from convolving a rotationally broadened macrotubulence kernel with an intrinsic line profile & instrument kernel, accounting for surface features (spots) and/or transiting planets

compute_transit_lightcurve.ipynb : uses exoplanet to compute a model lightcurve at the timestamps of the observed spectra, an input to the RRM model

plots.py : functions to make plots, examples below
