Suggestion: We should change the repo and project name

Issue

I suggest that we change the GitHub repo name and project name to PrivateWikiSearchRAG or private_wiki_search_RAG, which can be shortened to pwsr instead of gbnc. Please provide any other suggestions for changing the name. We can discuss or vote on them here.

Justification for changing the name
We started this project as a GB&C small project, but it has now evolved into a deployable prototype RAG for almost any private wiki-text focused dataset.

I think that we should reflect his upgrade in our scope and functionality to match the level of capacity we provided as well as the larger range of community that could take advantage of our efforts.

I definitely agree that we're at a point where changing the name makes sense. Regarding my comment on Mattermost on what we could change the prompt to, this to me would also determine a bit what we'd name it.

• Search: sources to check

We're talking having sources in the responses regardless, but the question is what their importance is (are they all that's retuned, or more to support a main output). I think we're fully away from chat at this point, but I'm still unclear on whether we're more towards ask or search :) To me I think people would appreciate a summary and then the sources with it, which speaks to AskWiki or something along those lines, but if the sources are the main output then I agree we're going towards search as the verb in the prompt and name.

In my mental vision of our project, the list of sources (i.e., Search) is the priority.

My hope is that users would read the summary at the top of the search results and then examine the collection of links -- each with a two-sentence summary about how the source page is relevant to the search query.

As such, I am leaning towards our end product being a vectorised search with summarisation as a secondary feature.

@rti also motivated this earlier with his sentiment that "Wiki people are not interested in a chatbot, but a more targeted search process could impress upon them the utility of LLMs in the Wiki world."
