1. Fix python-checks: rewrite fix_app.py and fix_index.py to use
Path.open() instead of built-in open() (ruff PTH123 — non-auto-fixable
violations that were blocking the ruff check step).
2. Fix node-checks: add 'npm install' step for functions/ before running
ESLint and tsc — the job previously tried to lint without installing
dependencies, causing immediate failure.
3. Fix functions/package.json:
- Remove duplicate firebase-admin entry (^10.3.0 conflicted with
firebase-functions@^7 which requires ^11+)
- Fix typescript devDep from non-existent ^6.0.0 → ^5.5.0
- Update node engine constraint from "24" → "20" to match CI image
- Remove unused 'lint' package from dependencies
4. Add worker-deploy job to .circleci/config.yml:
- Deploys src/youtube-worker.ts as Cloudflare Worker 'ytstudio'
- Worker exposes YouTube Data API v3 via /api/channel, /api/videos,
/api/search for channel UCrjJP_SHUeCmqpTSHJCXkdA (Ruh Al Tarikh)
- Gracefully skips when CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN is not configured
- Runs only on main branch via the new 'deploy' workflow
