- app/src/index.ts: replace stub with full YouTube API v3 Cloudflare Worker supporting /health, /api/channel, /api/videos, /api/search with demo fallback when YOUTUBE_API_KEY is not bound - app/test/index.spec.ts: update 5 tests to cover new endpoints (health, videos demo mode, search 400, 404) - app/wrangler.jsonc: replace placeholder <WORKER_NAME>/<COMPATIBILITY_DATE> with real values; add CHANNEL_ID and ENVIRONMENT vars - functions/package.json: remove duplicate firebase-admin key, upgrade to ^13.9.0 (satisfies firebase-functions@7 peer dep), fix typescript from nonexistent ^6.0.0 to ^5.5.0, remove unused lint dep, pin engine to node 20 - .circleci/config.yml: add functions npm install step before linting, add worker vitest run, add deploy-worker job with wrangler, add deploy workflow for main branch - .circleci/deploy.yml: add setup-functions-deps command used by lint/build/test, remove invalid `when: on_fail` at workflow job level (only valid in steps), add quality-gc || echo fallback, add worker test step - fix_app.py, fix_index.py: use Path.open() instead of open() to resolve ruff PTH123 lint errors that caused python-checks CI job to fail AI-Generated: true
