docs: prepare public support and launch surfaces

Summary

• add centralized bug, provider compatibility, support, and feature issue forms
• require explicit redaction of configured addon URLs, capabilities, provider data, and raw logs
• add gated release-note and Reddit launch drafts that cannot be truthfully published before final proof exists

Validation

• npm test (31 tests)
• current SchemaStore GitHub issue-form and issue-config schemas
• Markdownlint on both launch drafts
• Gitleaks directory scan (0 findings)
• git diff --check
