add a minimap overlay
- only visible when minimap is hidden by compact view & enabled via config
- functions identically to vanilla due to contentType (no marked tiles/names/ etc.)
refactor:
- expand scope of ValueKey
- adjust xp/logoutX offsets
bugfix:
- prevent hotkey use in fixed mode
