Version correction
The addition of
zwd syncin #37 makes this a minor release under the project policy (features_always_increment_minor = true). The squash commit was classified asfix:, so this PR explicitly corrects the generated version from0.3.1to0.4.0. This adjustment changes release metadata and notes only.
