Formats Rust code without weakening CI. Rejects sensitive paths and symlink parents during incremental updates; adds two regression tests. Removes mislabeled citation accuracy from retrieval evaluation and documents incomplete snapshot and answer verification. Local Clippy, six tests and 20-question retrieval evaluation pass.
