Added shortcut to toggle restoration blocking (Meta+X by default):

Block restoration of next window that opens
Block restoration of all windows until manually disabled
Restore all windows (default mode)

Use when you need to open an application on a desktop, activity or screen you usually do not open it on.

Currently active window will remain active and on top in z-order after restoring recently opened windows.

Added default window overrides for known problematic windows (Meta+Ctrl+W):

Gimp splash screen
Shotcut splash screen
Brave profile selector
