Calendar grid with weekday to track recovery after training #2383

Description

@paulinyrobert-del

The problem

In Readings I see only "Today 91%, Yesterday 41%, 19 Sep 58%". I can't tell which entry was Tuesday, Saturday etc.

I train regularly on the same weekdays (Mon-Wed-Fri). I need to see my data the day AFTER training - Charge, Effort, HRV, Sleep - to check recovery. Now I have to count weekdays manually.

Example: I trained Fri 19 Sep, but on Sat 20 Sep I had Charge 41% - I want to see immediately that Saturday was the recovery day after Friday training.

The idea

  1. Add weekday to Readings rows - e.g. "Fri 19 Sep 58%" or "Po 15 Sep 84%". Ideally with option for local language (Po Ut St Št Pi So Ne).
  2. Optional calendar grid view (Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su) for Charge / Effort / Sleep, color coded by value (green = high, red = low, like GitHub graph). With weekday headers on top. This would let me instantly see pattern: training days vs recovery days.

Alternatives you've considered

  • I made a custom HTML calendar grid from exported data with weekdays, but I want it natively in NOOP.
  • Trends with Bars view is close, but still doesn't show weekday name.
  • I tried counting manually in phone calendar.

Additional context

NOOP v11.8.0-staging, Android, WHOOP 5.0, Bonded streaming, Battery 35%
Training: regular on Mon-Wed-Fri, checking Tue-Thu-Sat recovery.
Data from my Readings: 12 Sep 42%, 13 Sep 64%, 14 Sep 63%, 15 Sep 84%, 16 Sep 64%, 17 Sep 42%, 18 Sep 55%, 19 Sep 58%, 20 Sep 41%, 21 Sep 91%
I can attach screenshot of Readings if needed.
