Bump the version to 0.5.0 and relock. Update the bundled mic skill to describe Mic 0.5's CLI, including progress on stderr and the -q/-v run options, which the progress PRs did not cover; it also still referred to Mic 0.3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Executive summary
Bumps
mic-evalsto 0.5.0 and relocks. It also brings the bundledmicskill up to date with this release's CLI. Once this merges, the commit is ready for the release rehearsal and publication steps indocs/releasing.md.Why
mainnow contains the streaming-output work (#30, #31, #32). It adds CLI features (live progress,-q/-v) and changes human-readable output: progress now goes to stderr, and the summary's metric lines have a new format. A minor version tells upgraders to read the notes, which a patch version wouldn't. The Python API,--json, artifact formats and exit codes are unchanged.Design and implementation
pyproject.tomlanduv.lock: the version goes from0.4.0to0.5.0.uv lockchanged only themic-evalsentry.skills/mic/SKILL.mdstill said "Mic 0.3's CLI" (the 0.4.0 bump missed it); it now says Mic 0.5.skills/mic/references/cli.mdgains the-q/-voptions and a note thatmic runreports progress on stderr, with-qfor when stderr must stay empty. The progress PRs didn't update the skill, and agents that runmicneed to know this.Verification and confidence
uv run python scripts/verify.py: 782 tests, 0 failures. Strict and authoring typing, lint, format and the coverage gates all pass. The Node report checks can't run locally (no Node) and run in CI's full verification job.uv buildthenuv run python scripts/verify_packaging.pypasses. That buildsmic_evals-0.5.0as a wheel and sdist, installs both cleanly, and checks entry points and metadata.0.5.0, andmic --helpruns.This PR only changes metadata and docs; the code in
mainis already covered by the merged PRs' CI.Compatibility and risks
No code changes. Users upgrading from 0.4.0 will see the CLI output changes described in the release notes below.
