An Ashita v4 addon by DragoHorse for mining, logging and harvesting. Select a gathering point and repeat attempts, or automatically select and gather from nearby points. GatherMaster does not move your character.

The runtime folder and load name are gathermaster. The repository URL remains
GatherPoint to preserve existing links and release history.
Historical screenshots above still show GatherPoint v0.6.1.
New installation: if you have no GatherPoint runtime or saved profiles,
extract the gathermaster folder into your Ashita addons folder, then manually
run /addon load gathermaster and /gathermaster ui.
Migrating from GatherPoint: extract the ZIP into a temporary folder outside
the game installation. Run the included tool from that extracted gathermaster
folder; it preserves your profiles and provides rollback. Python 3.12 or later
is required for the tool. Do not extract directly over an existing installation.
- Stop gathering with
/gp stop, then/addon unload gatherpointto flush saves. - Run
python -B tools/deploy.py installwith your Ashita and backup paths, as described in MIGRATION.md. It backs up the original runtime and every saved profile, copies profiles byte-for-byte to the new namespace, preserves the installed completion WAV, and SHA-256 verifies the results. Existing destinations are never overwritten. - Manually run
/addon load gathermaster, then/gathermaster ui. - Verify settings and Character totals before any gathering run.
Never load both versions. GatherMaster refuses initialization while GatherPoint is loaded; if GatherPoint loads later, GatherMaster stops and stays disabled until manually reloaded. An unavailable addon-manager API also fails closed. Existing startup scripts are not changed: replace their GatherPoint load command manually only after validation. The retained old runtime remains available for rollback.

All commands also accept /gathermaster, /gp and /gatherpoint.
A command already blocked by another handler is ignored.
Closing the window only hides it. Use Stop or /gm stop to stop gathering.
Do not run a gathering /exec script alongside the addon.
- Mining with Pickaxes, logging with Hatchets, harvesting with Sickles.
- Reselects the original point after an attempt clears your target.
- Adjustable detection radius, activity filters, delays and attempt limit.
- Stops on tool depletion, range loss, target changes and other invalid states.
- Tool counts, item counts, completed points and broken-tool totals.
- Separate Session and saved Character totals, with independent resets.
- Optional low-tool warning and bundled completion sound; no Chatmon required.
Settings and character totals save automatically under
config/addons/gathermaster/<CharacterName>_<ServerId>/.
Automatic mode starts off, and the window starts hidden after reload/login.
Session totals reset on addon/profile reload or character change.
Requires English gathering messages. Tool counts use main Inventory only. Completed points count observed point disappearance after gathering. Mining has been tested in game; two logging points have also been tried successfully. Harvesting and switching characters still need live verification. On 2026-10-02, the user reported GatherMaster working normally after migration. That confirmation did not separately identify harvesting or character-switch tests.
For development: python test_gatherpoint.py requires Python and lupa.
The suite runs on LuaJIT 2.1 via lupa.luajit21 and covers the retained gathering
regressions plus aliases and coexistence guards. Run python tests/test_deploy.py
for filesystem migration, rollback and packaging checks in temporary directories.
Offline checks do not replace in-game tests of this renamed runtime.

license. Its origin and redistribution terms have not yet been documented;
the MIT License does not grant permission to reuse or redistribute that asset.
