Prepares the public Pro v1.1.9 release page used by the in-app What's New link, updates the Pro overview links, and aligns the public privacy policy with the upcoming isolated AI Prompt cell flow. AI Assistant messages retain automatic notebook previews; AI Prompt cells send only their prompt, reviewed optional source context, and exact replacement target source when applicable.
This is publication prep for the Pro release candidate. No Pro application code or Free application behavior changes.
Checks: Free release metadata, i18n/privacy, and license checks pass locally; release/overview/privacy pages checked at mobile and desktop widths. The lean worktree lacks the ignored Scittle runtime bundle required for a complete local service-worker check; CI will run the full guard.
