Banner controller firmware for a TTGO LoRa32 / ESP32 + SX1276 board.

LoRa Commands

• DRO start banner drop
• PUL start banner pull
• STP stop all motion
• TST run a quick relay test
• RST reset hall counter
• GET request current state

Wiring

• Relays: GPIO 2, 15, 13, 12 (active LOW)
• Hall sensor: GPIO 32
• Stop button: GPIO 33
• OLED: I2C 21/22
• LoRa: TTGO LoRa32 defaults

Notes

• The old Particle Cloud code was replaced with direct LoRa control.
• The banner count is published back as CNT n and the action as ACT NAME.
