Description

Use mise to provision the Bun runtime consistently in local development and GitHub Actions. GitHub Actions now reads .mise.toml through jdx/mise-action@v4, which installs and caches the configured tool version without duplicating workflow-specific setup.

Bun 1.4.2 contains the fix for invalid macOS ARM64 ad-hoc signatures. Related upstream fixes: oven-sh/bun#39764 and oven-sh/bun#39837.

Changes

• Rename mise.toml to .mise.toml and configure Bun 1.4.2 there for runtime provisioning.
• Replace oven-sh/setup-bun with jdx/mise-action@v4 in CI, deployment, and release workflows.
• Keep packageManager: "bun@1.4.2" to identify and enforce the intended package manager during development.
• Remove separate Bun-specific cache steps.
• Remove the obsolete CLAUDE.md symlinks; AGENTS.md remains the canonical agent guidance.
• Keep all GitHub Actions on major-version tags.

Testing

• Tested on macOS version: 27.0
• Tested with different input types
• Tested in pipe chains
• Confirmed mise discovers .mise.toml and resolves Bun 1.4.2.
• Built the macOS ARM64 executable with Bun 1.4.2.
• Verified the executable with codesign --verify --strict and ran ai-git --version successfully.
• Validated the edited JSON and YAML files and ran git diff --check.
