CEKA v0.1.2

🛠️ Pre-release build for internal testing and feedback.
CEKA is an open-source mobile application dedicated to bridging the civic knowledge gap in Kenya. It serves as an all-in-one platform to educate, inform, and empower citizens by providing accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information about Kenya’s civic landscape. CEKA is built with the vision of fostering informed participation, transparency, and civic action.

We aim to empower Kenyans with the knowledge and tools they need to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the mechanisms of governance. Through CEKA, we aim to inspire action, bridge generational knowledge gaps, and create a well-informed citizenry equipped to drive positive change.

This release is a conceptualization of what a CEKA application could look like. As such, most of its features are not release-ready & it features many placeholders. That said, we have enough functional parts to aid in the user experiencing what a typical scroll through the app would ideally feel like, as we await word on future progress (hopefully).

We do seek your support & hence all help to make this a reality is welcome.
Our passion shines through, but only the limits of the ceiling prevent our soaring; collaboration and partnership can break through this ceiling.
