Measurement done (B: after the codec warm-up, 100% / 100% / 99% hits vs A's 97-98%). develop has since bumped mpeg2 past this commit, so closing rather than merging. |

mpeg2 b5ca7fb (a comment in lib.rs; its CI on sccache with rivet's cache warm-up). Measures rivet CI's sccache hits on a codec bump after the codec repo's warm-up job built it.
