Add missing docs and reorganize for Intercom migration

Summary

Completes the Intercom-to-Mintlify documentation migration by adding pages for features that were not yet documented and reorganizing the navigation for better discoverability.

New pages (6)

• Email campaigns (marketing/email-campaigns.mdx) — creating and sending campaigns, audience targeting, templates, subscription tiers
• Locations (settings/locations.mdx) — setting up business locations with addresses, card readers, and kit
• Kit management (settings/kit-management.mdx) — tracking equipment inventory per location, auto-capacity
• Qualifications (settings/qualifications.mdx) — instructor certifications and staff competency tracking
• Business settings (settings/business-settings.mdx) — company details, GTM tracking, payout accounts
• Refund policies (settings/refund-policies.mdx) — configurable cancellation and refund terms per activity

Reorganization

• New Marketing section — moved notifications and newsletter forms from customers/ to marketing/, added email campaigns page
• New Settings section — grouped business settings, locations, kit management, and refund policies
• Qualifications added under Staff and operations
• Redirects added for moved pages (/customers/notifications → /marketing/notifications, /customers/newsletter-forms → /marketing/newsletter-forms)
• Updated all internal cross-references to reflect new paths

Improvements to existing pages

• Added troubleshooting FAQ to notifications page
• Added refund policies and kit management references to activities page
• Added qualifications section and link to staff management page
• Updated setup checklist with new business settings, locations, kit, qualifications, and refund policy steps
• Updated platform overview with marketing, settings, and qualifications sections
• Updated homepage with Marketing and Settings card sections
