Summary

Expanded the memberships and activity passes documentation to cover membership management features shipped in the latest release:

• Approval-required plans: plans that require admin approval before activating new signups
• Setup cost: one-time fee charged at signup alongside the recurring price
• Max users: cap on how many family members can be on a single plan instance
• Flexible billing intervals: support for days and weeks in addition to months and years
• Waiver requirements: family-level and per-user waivers required at membership signup
• Member status lifecycle: documented all statuses (Pending, Requested, Active, Past Due, Paused, Cancelled)
• Plan swapping: moving members between plans with proration and add-on remapping
• Pause/resume billing: pause payment collection with optional auto-resume date
• Cancellation modes: immediate cancellation vs. cancel at period end, with reversal support
• Invoice refunds: full and partial refunds on membership invoices with pro-rated VAT
• Membership benefits: text benefits, members-only activities, and members-only activity passes
• Membership notes and audit history: staff notes on instances and full change history
• Managing users: add/remove family members from active memberships
• Add-on removal: recurring add-ons can be removed from active memberships
• Migration enhancements: scheduled Stripe start dates and discount code support
