Restructure docs with better navigation and new pages

Summary

Improves the documentation structure and adds missing content areas to ensure comprehensive coverage as docs transition from Intercom to Mintlify.

Changes

New pages:

• Troubleshooting (getting-started/troubleshooting.mdx) — Consolidated troubleshooting guide covering bookings, payments, POS, customers, discount codes, and integrations with accordion-based Q&A format
• Security and privacy (getting-started/security-and-privacy.mdx) — New page covering payment security, customer data handling, staff permissions, integration data sharing, file storage, and data deletion

Navigation restructuring (docs.json):

• Split "Activities and scheduling" into two focused groups: Activities (creation and management) and Cancellations and refunds (policies, refunds, waitlists)
• Split "Customers and marketing" into Customers (accounts, waivers, profiles) and Marketing and communications (notifications, campaigns, newsletters)
• Added new pages to the Getting Started group for discoverability

Homepage improvements (index.mdx):

• Added a new "Help and support" section linking to troubleshooting, security, FAQ, and API reference
• Updated section structure to match the new navigation groups
• Cleaner separation of concerns across card groups

FAQ cleanup (getting-started/faq.mdx):

• Removed duplicate troubleshooting content (now lives in the dedicated troubleshooting page)
• Added a cross-link to the troubleshooting guide
