What changed\n- Adds a light, judge-facing architecture diagram explaining the public demo, bounded AI coordination core, approval boundary, and delivery controls.\n- Adds the editable draw.io source alongside the SVG for Devpost and GitHub use.\n- Links the diagram from docs/architecture.md.\n- Moves the public-edge design to docs/public-edge-design.md, so docs/architecture.md is the only overall architecture entry point.\n\n## Review focus\n- Public sandbox is clearly separate from optional private OAuth actions.\n- The diagram covers Gemma 4 privacy guard, ADK plus Gemini 3.6, Firestore, Cloud Tasks/PubSub, Cloud Run, Cloudflare, Terraform, WIF, and Cloud Logging.\n- Solid arrows denote the public path; dashed arrows denote optional private-only integrations.\n\n## Verification\n- XML validation passed for the SVG and draw.io source.\n- Documentation consistency test: 6 passed.\n- git diff --check passed.
