対応するnoteの観測時刻は2026-08-19T20:28:00+09:00ですが、ここでは同じ壁時計値をZとして記録しているため、UTC換算で9時間ずれます。同じ不整合がCORN-0003にもあり、時系列でwork itemや監査receiptを並べる利用者には誤った順序が渡るため、UTCなら11:28:00Z／11:35:00Zへ変換するか、元のoffsetを保持してください。

この正本リンクとRoadmap側の同じリンクは、一時的なagent/gand-local-salvage-inventoryブランチを参照しています。このブランチがmerge後に削除された場合は正本へ到達できず、rebaseされた場合は同じAtlantis revisionから異なる契約が見えるため、採用したManifest commit SHAまたは恒久tagへ固定してください。
