buddy_role_is_process_supervisor以下はAgencyと権限に関する新しい契約ですが、bundleは引き続きversion: 0.2.1／canonical_coordinate: 0.200.1を名乗り、さらにexact_release_coordinateをUSER_GATEのままにしています。この状態では、versionやposition_refを固定する下流利用者が修繕前後を識別できず、同じstable IDから異なる責務定義が解決されます。新しいrevisionを割り当てるか、User Gateが完了するまでは適用済みとしない形にして、互換性・migration・下流波及を記録してください。
