redesigned campaign-first operational hierarchy guided by UI UX Pro Max; improved semantic fieldsets/modal description/focus visibility; improved compact labels, touch targets, reduced motion, responsive bottom-sheet behavior; preserved DevGlobe tokens and avoided forcing the generated generic palette. Validation: 223 tests passed; production build compiled/type-checked/generated 53 routes; responsive browser checks at 390px, 768px, 1280px with mocked authenticated API data; git diff check passed. Note: The build's Windows junction trace warning is environment-only if appropriate.
