macos-14runner images on 2026-11-02 (actions/runner-images#13518). Jobs on that label fail in about a second, before running any step. That's why Rust lint and tests and App build and browser tests fail on every open Dependabot PR (#4, #5, #6).verify.yml: both macOS jobs move tomacos-15. It's arm64 likemacos-14was.release.yml: the release build moves tomacos-15.docs/development.md: the CI section now names the new runner.Merge this first, then rebase the Dependabot PRs so their macOS jobs run.
