How to change the frame rate

I found the default is 3FPS which is super low for my current application. Is there any way to increase the FPS to at last 20-30 FPS?

There's a target fps control in Unity. It's not exposed in the UI as a setting yet (see #8)

I didn't test super thoroughly on other FPSes so there may be some issues with it. 20 to 30 be too high and produce a lot of output data but its worth a try.
