Summary

  • Preserve cinder_aggregate_id only for pools with a real ID.
  • Add cinder_pool_aggregate_id_missing with labels backend, pool, shard, availability_zone and values 0 or 1.
  • Add regression tests for real, absent, null, and empty IDs.

Verification

  • 4 focused tests pass.
  • flake8 openstack_exporter/tests passes.

This PR is intended to follow the lint-fix PR.
