UserDoc: Accounting
BeeHub can report on how much storage space each user is using.
Only files (i.e.: members, in WebDAV parlance) take up actual storage space. Folders (i.e.: collections, in WebDAV parlance) do not. However, because every resource (i.e.: a file or a folder) has to have a sponsor, these will count against the corresponding sponsors' quota, even if it is with a usage of 0.
You can see your used space on a graph on your profile. The graph shows per directory how much space it takes. If you click on the different arcs and circles you can zoom in and out to isolate a given path or get a broader overview.
The graph is in the Usage tab on your user Profile.
As a sponsor you can see, for every user that has resources sponsored by you, how much space that user is taking from your quota.
The graph is in the Usage tab on the sponsor's management view.
