docs: report npm publish gate honestly

Summary

• Corrects the growth doc so it does not claim npm latest is 1.0.2 while the registry is still serving 1.0.1.
• Keeps the source package prepared for 1.0.2 and calls out the remaining npm publish-auth gate.

Verification

• npm view @memi-design/cli currently returns 1.0.1.
• npm run growth:status -- --json reports local 1.0.2, npm latest 1.0.1, Studio v1.0.1, and Homebrew v1.0.1.
