chore(release): clear stale public naming

Summary

• Removes stale public-facing MiroFish/m-moire/legacy package references from release docs and runtime copy.
• Keeps the lowercase mirofish compatibility adapter slug so existing CLI commands do not break.
• Regenerates preview/changelog.html and updates focused tests/growth-status fixtures.
