Tidy file layout

The organized/ folder holds tidy copies of every plugin grouped by number and platform (PluginNN/{ArcMap,Pro,Legacy}) plus a Master/ group. The original .pyt files remain in the repository root, untouched, so the Master toolboxes can load them.
