This PR adds OpenAI provider support and introduces PubMed Central-based study import.
Users can now provide either a PMID or PMCID to retrieve study metadata, article text, and supplementary files from PubMed Central, instead of manually uploading the study PDF and supplementary files.
Manual upload of the study PDF and supplementary files remains available as an alternative.
