Multi-instance support, web UI redesign, setup wizard, readable logs + log viewer, plugin lookup visibility / Unresolved Lookups page, and series IMDb ID auto-migration - all beta-tested live, now on dev. 2.1.0 rather than 3.0.0: backward compatible, nothing breaks for existing single-instance setups (verified: old env var names, old webhook URLs, and the DB schema all auto-migrate/fall back cleanly). Also corrected CHANGELOG.md, which had an unreleased v3.0.0 heading from earlier in development and was missing everything shipped since (readable logs, Unresolved Lookups, series auto-migrate).
