Disclaimer: I don't speak this language, so take this with a grain of salt. I ran the .po file through an LLM and then double-checked the flagged spots in a translator. It reported some misspellings, but these tools aren't infallible. So would you mind doing a proofreading pass with that in mind? But besides that - LGTM.

a few mistakes were corrected (apologies!), you may still observe that certain words are untranslated, it is because they end up losing their meaning in the coding context (for example 'build' and 'GitHub Issues'), but can still be understood in colloquially speaken portuguese
