Releases Flightdeck 0.5.1: bumps plugin.json to 0.5.1 and turns the CHANGELOG's Unreleased section into 0.5.1. Merging makes it available to marketplace installs. After the merge, the merge commit gets tagged v0.5.1 and the GitHub release reuses the notes below.

Release notes

• The main box's last req line shows only the time to first token. Its tokens per second divided the reported output tokens, which include thinking, by the time from the first streamed piece, so when thinking wasn't streamed it read thousands of tokens a second. It is gone rather than wrong. (#19)
• On the desktop app the connector between panels no longer jitters at its right end while work runs. It is drawn in the surface's monospaced face, where its dashes and moving dot are each one cell, and clipped at its width. In a terminal it looks the same. (#19)

• CI passed on Remove the tok/s reading; steady the running connector on the desktop app #19 (the code in this release). On this branch locally: validate passes, 50 tests pass, tsc is clean, and claude plugin tag --dry-run agrees with the manifests. No code changes here.
