💡 What: Replaced new Date().toLocaleString() calls in HubInviteModal.tsx and SidecarSettingsCard.tsx with a cached formatStandardDate helper from shared/dates.ts.
🎯 Why: Calling toLocaleString() on a Date object implicitly instantiates a new Intl.DateTimeFormat object. Doing this inside React components means creating these expensive formatters on every render cycle.
📊 Impact: Avoids creating Intl.DateTimeFormat and new Date objects on every render cycle for these components, reducing memory allocation and improving render latency slightly.
🔬 Measurement: Verify that the "Expires" date format in the Hub invite modal and the "last poll" date in the Workspace sidecar settings are correct and match the previous format (e.g. MMM D, YYYY, h:mm:ss A).
