🎨 Palette: Add confirmation dialogs for destructive ACL actions

💡 What: Added window.confirm dialogs to destructive actions in the ACL Members panel (removing members, removing groups, and transferring ownership).
🎯 Why: To prevent accidental removal of members or groups, and to prevent accidental transfer of ownership, which could result in data loss or lockouts.
📸 Before/After: Visual changes are native browser dialogs.
♿ Accessibility: Improves safety of interactions.
