Allow users to see a summary page of all the requests that have been submitted, observed and reduced for a given allocation.
This can be implemented in the home summary page. Only that a user can make it configurable so that they can see only one or many of their allocations instead of everything.
The users will also shall be able to restrict the time interval for visualization.
