… (0.14.0) Add FlightsClient.booking_options() for the new GET /v1/google/flights/ booking_options endpoint (provider booking list for a selected itinerary). Document the per-offer booking_url + selection_token and the search_url on the flights search response. Bump 0.13.1 -> 0.14.0.

FlightsClient.booking_options(selection_token, ...)→GET /v1/google/flights/booking_options(provider booking list for a selected itinerary).booking_url+selection_tokenand the responsesearch_urlonsearch().Tests: google sub-client tests pass (added flights search + booking_options). Scope: only flights files + version/lock (no unrelated WIP).
Publish: cut a GitHub Release (or workflow_dispatch) after merge to trigger the PyPI publish.
