Goal

Turn the next Athanor training gates into deterministic, machine-readable evidence.

Changes

• adds athanor.training_preflight
• derives G2/G4/G5 from the existing read-only candidate integrity + component leakage audit
• leaves G3/G6/G7/G8 fail-closed as HOLD / NOT_COMPUTABLE until their evidence contracts exist
• validates repository SHA input
• emits athanor.training_preflight.v1 with blocking gates and training_authorized: false
• supports writing out/training-readiness.json
• adds regression tests and operator documentation
