This lands the Spark tree at 038bae5418dfe11d25ac5eba67551ac610e8e5ec as file contents because git push had no credentials.
SELECT-004 is TRAINING_READY. This merge does not authorize training, reserve scoring, or BEST movement.
The 22 landed files match the local Spark copies by sha256 of the file bytes.
