…iles Delete 29 merged/stale remote branches (keep main + openclaw). Move v0.11–v0.15 release docs and shipped superpowers plans under docs/archive/. Add CONTRIBUTING, CODEOWNERS, and .editorconfig. When package_optional_skill.sh builds the Hermes optional-skill payload, this exclusion removes the entire archive, but the packaged README.md and docs/README.md still link to files beneath docs/archive/ (including the intent-router design and historical roadmaps). Those links therefore all lead to nonexistent paths for optional-skill users; either include the archive or replace/omit its relative links in the packaged documentation.
