SLICE-023: replication environment fingerprints (FR-073). SLICE-024: verified Euclidean and CKA of hashed artifacts. SLICE-025: replay_envelope vs manifest thresholds. SLICE-026: fixture/manifest classification must match. SLICE-027: FailureRecords carry an environment fingerprint. Tests: 129 passed. scripts/validate_specs.py PASS.
