Address PR review: do not invent a Multi-channel Presentation Layer. Retain Audio Experience Layer and AR adapter as separate owners while keeping AR as the primary designed surface when capable.
Replace Apache-2.0 with proprietary LICENSE owned by Zero State. Update README, legal docs, CONTRIBUTING, skill manifests, and in-app Notices copy.
Add VERSION/BUILD and Tools/version.py with Info.plist/project.yml parity (enforced in make validate). Add CHANGELOG, VERSIONING, TESTING, SHIP_CHECKLIST, SECURITY, and CODE_OF_CONDUCT. Point README clone/badges at Zero-State-LLC.
