docs: stamp R011 and YGGDRASIL scan-only honesty - #8

Align Spec 001 R4, Spec 004, STATUS, bind receipt, and README with shipped classify and construct dispatch. Leave gold and NAME_TO_LANE unchanged. Spec 009 on Abraxas-v2.0 stays R009/R010/R004. Co-authored-by: Daniel Meyer <scrimshawlife@gmail.com>
