This package focuses on belief functions on finite sets and include many features such as:
- Extensive and minimal storing of belief functions (and equivalent representations)
- Transformations from one representation to another, including the Fast Möbius Invers
- Basic fusion rules and some more advanced
- Handling of non-normal belief functions
